| Course Description | This course provides extended exposure to normal physiology and pathophysiology of the cardiovascular system. Exploration of pathophysiological changes of the cardiovascular system and of evaluative techniques for identifying these changes will provide the student with knowledge critical to decision making in contemporary clinical practice. The course will cover examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, intervention, and outcomes for patients with various cardiopulmonary disorders. |
